These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YEpsilon platform operated by YEpsilon (“we”, “our”, “us”) at yepsilon.ai. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
YEpsilon is an autonomous AdOps AI agent platform designed for B2B companies. The platform provides persona discovery from CRM and analytics data, AI-powered campaign creation, automated campaign deployment to advertising platforms, continuous ROAS optimization, A/B testing and creative management, and performance analytics.
You must create an account to use YEpsilon. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
YEpsilon requires you to connect third-party accounts (CRM systems, analytics platforms, advertising platforms) via OAuth 2.0 or API keys. By connecting these accounts, you:
You may disconnect any third-party account at any time through the Data Sources section of the platform.
YEpsilon uses artificial intelligence including large language models to generate campaign strategies, ad copy, keyword suggestions, and optimization recommendations. You acknowledge that:
When enabled, YEpsilon's autonomous optimization engine will automatically adjust your campaigns based on performance data. This includes scaling budgets on high-performing campaigns, reducing spend on underperforming campaigns, shifting budgets between campaigns and ad groups, rotating ad creatives based on statistical testing, and adjusting targeting parameters. These actions follow the optimization mode and thresholds you configure (conservative, balanced, or aggressive). You may disable autonomous optimization at any time.
You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred on your connected ad platform accounts. YEpsilon manages campaigns on your behalf, but the financial obligation for ad spend is between you and the respective advertising platform (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of your data, including CRM records, analytics data, and campaign content you create. You grant YEpsilon a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely to provide the platform services. This license terminates when you delete your account. YEpsilon does not claim ownership of your data or the campaigns created on your behalf.
YEpsilon subscription fees are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, including missed optimization cycles or delayed campaign deployments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEpsilon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to YEpsilon in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold YEpsilon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights through campaigns you create or authorize.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of YEpsilon after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
